Dentsu Aegis Network has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Valuklik, a digital performance marketing company in Indonesia, to be merged with iProspect in the country. Both of them will report to SK Biswas, CEO Dentsu Aegis Network Indonesia, and join the leadership team of Dentsu Aegis Network Indonesia. The other shareholders, East Ventures and John Marco Rasjid exited the investment and divested their shares in Valuklik.
