Facebook ‘Likes’ Isobar

Social media giant Facebook really likes the creative and innovative work done by Isobar in Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and Taiwan. So Facebook has accepted the agency into its new global Preferred Marketing Developer (PMD) Programme in these four markets across Asia Pacific. The agency has been working intensively in creating solutions and apps for brands across the facebook platform.

Following a highly-selective application process, Isobar Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Taiwan have been certified in the Apps category of the PMD programme, in recognition of innovative work for Reebok, 7-Eleven, Hennessey, The House of Dancing Water and KFC to name a few.Commenting on this, Arvind Sethumadhavan, regional practice leader – Social and ROI Analytics, Isobar Asia Pacific, said, “Facebook is an important part of the social strategy we deliver to our clients, so we’re thrilled to have received our PMD distinction in four markets across Asia. This demonstrates our capability to deliver innovative solutions across a diverse social media landscape, as we continually drive engagement rates and deliver tangible business impact.”

Facebook has separated developer service providers into four possible badge qualifications; Pages, Ads, Apps, and Insights. The programme recognises companies who have built on the Facebook Platform since its launch, and those who are adept at understanding platform policy and development tools, and who have a long track record of providing Facebook-centric services to brands. Isobar has also been recognised as a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer in six other markets worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Norway and the United States.
