Extending its relationship with automotive group Cycle & Carriage, Havas Group Singapore has bagged the Mitsubishi account. This appointment comes after the recent Citroen and DS wins in April and Kia Motors earlier in 2017.
The appointment, effective immediately, will see Havas Group Singapore managing Mitsubishi’s creative, digital and integrated brand communications as its agency of record (AOR).
With the appointment, Havas Group also welcomes Veronica Hong, previously from McCann, as Account Manager for the brand. In her new role, Hong will facilitate brand growth by capitalising on the opportunities that arise from Havas Village’s multi-disciplinary approach to brand building. Hong will work closely with the specialist teams within Havas Village and report to Genevieve Seah, Business Director, Havas Group Singapore.
Dawn Pan, Deputy Director, Multi-franchise Operations, Cycle & Carriage Singapore said, “Since the start of our partnership, the team has shown tremendous passion and solid understanding of the local automobile landscape, resulting in meaningful campaigns that make the best use of data, media and creativity. We are confident this partnership will enable us to further elevate the brand love for Mitsubishi in Singapore.”
“We are delighted to be partnering with Cycle & Carriage and “drive the ambition” of Mitsubishi through campaigns that make a meaningful difference for the brand. Our strengths across creative, media and digital coupled with our access to entertainment platforms via our Vivendi parentage will add value to the account and strengthen its presence in Singapore, ” added Seah.
Other than Mitsubishi, Kia, Citroen and DS, Havas Group has been consolidating other partnerships within the automotive vertical, with experience and projects across brands like – TOTAL, Porsche, Bridgestone, and BlueSG.
