Initiative, the culturally-driven media agency within IPG Mediabrands, has appointed Tricia Camarillo-Quiambao, to Managing Director Initiative Philippines. Ms Camarillo-Quiambao will hold the dual role of Managing Director Initiative Philippines and Chief Growth Officer for IPG Mediabrands Philippines.
Ms Camarillo-Quiambao joins IPG Mediabrands from BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), where she held the role Head of Brand and Communications Management. Prior to that, Ms Camarillo-Quiambao led business development and corporate affairs for McCann World Group.

Ms Camarillo-Quiambao will report to Ms Navalta, and her appointment is effective immediately.
The appointment follows the announcement that David Trovell, prior Managing Director for Initiative Philippines will be transitioning to the role of Head of International Accounts for IPG Mediabrands Japan.
