Headquartered in Singapore, Autonomy was founded upon the firm belief that every business in the 21st century is innately powered by technology. Autonomy is led by seasoned technology communications specialist Tony Tan, who has been advising global technology vendors and brands on strategic communications and multi-market PR program management across Asia Pacific, throughout his career. He brings across 20 years of industry and agency leadership experience to Autonomy as founder and managing director.
Tan was most recently a senior consultant with Text100, and vice president and technology practice lead at Weber Shandwick, in Singapore. He was also the co-founder of Siren Communication, which was acquired by Havas Worldwide in 2011 and subsequently rebranded into Red Havas Singapore in 2019.
