IPG Mediabrands strengthens digital credentials

To further drive the agency’s digital and search capabilities, IPG Mediabrands is now championing its team in Thailand, since the local entity now has eighteen Google Certified Search Specialists in the team. The agency hopes that with the addition of new skill sets within the organisation will help it drive better business and offer more in-depth services to clients.

RamaKrishnan Raja, head of Digital IPG Mediabrands Thailand, said, “I believe this is a strong and confident first step in driving our digital and search credentials. Rather than bringing in new talent, we nurtured members within our own team. Across the region, we feel strongly in working with our own and providing them with new skills and tools to better serve our clients. We look forward to seeing this new strength transform into tangible business results for our clients in the near future.” Raja has been working extensively with the team in strengthening the agency’s digital and search services.

Recently, the network announced its plans to invest more in digital service, with a focus on digital hybridization across existing teams within the region. The move coincides with the launch of Rally, IPG Mediabrands latest social offering. Rally provides clients across the region with services in the areas of social marketing strategy, P2P communications, advocacy management, conversation planning and social commerce.

Raja further notes that the latest accreditation is the first of many enhancements to further strengthen the agency’s position as one of the regions leaders in Search, Social and Display. Each business unit now has at least one search certified team member ensuring that each client has access to a Google Certified Search Specialist.
