As the Singapore Grand Prix race weekend draws closer, Japan led the tally for the F1 fans in APAC with a 346 per cent increase.
Following Japan were Taiwan (127 per cent), Thailand (123 per cent), Hong Kong (105 per cent) and Malaysia (93 per cent), data from Skyscanner highlighted. These countries emerged as the top five fanatics based on a compound annual growth rate in flight search data from 2012 to 2015.
