Mindshare has appointed Himanshu Shekhar as the Chief Executive Officer for the newly created position focussing on the ASEAN division. The objective behind the move is to provide greater momentum and focus to scaling up services, and will working closely with marketers to unlock higher growth. A seasoned Mindshare talent, Mr Shekhar has led the Mindshare team in Indonesia since 2012 and has energised the market with focus on new media and partnerships.

Mindshare has consolidated resources to provide customised marketing communication solutions for marketers in the ASEAN region recognising the increasing need for them to tap into the growing consumption potential in the region, especially Myanmar and Cambodia.

In his new role, Mr Shekhar will continue to be based in Jakarta as CEO Indonesia but will also lead and bring new services to all ASEAN offices- Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, in addition to launching Mindshare’s operations in new markets of Myanmar and Cambodia.
