For the first time on July 5 this year, Shanghai Garden Hotel, China will host the first edition of Mobile Marketing Association Forum Shanghai 2012. The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) has announced that this event will feature speakers from a range of major corporations that are making an impact in the mobile marketing scenario including Google, TNS, Amobee, China Unicom and D2 Communications. This year’s China event is focused on the ways that mobile devices are changing the way that people live, and how innovation, creativity and development will help to fulfil the promise of a Smarter Tomorrow.
The event is being sponsored by hdtMEDIA, SOHU, RENREN, GroupM, Madhouse, Nielsen, Casee, Miaozhen System, DCCI, Omnicom Media Group, Google, VivaKi and Carat. Some of the topics to be discussed during the forum include Mobile Up – 360° Campaign Show, an insight into how to engage customers for 360 degree impact; Mobile Gaming and Marketing – how as a new advertising channel, mobile gaming provides a fresh interactive experience to customers; Mobile Advertising Tracking and Measurement, it will look at what do advertisers really want from advertising tracking and measurement; Mobile Commerce; and SOLOMOCO (Social+Local+Mobile+Commercial) the new era of internet marketing.
According to MMA statement on the event, delegates at the Forum will get a chance to hear from prominent industry players. “Through a mix of presentations and panel discussions, the Forum will cover issues that affect the industry, but which may also have ramifications for consumers,” the statement said.
