Sleepwell, a flagship brand of the Sheela Group in India, known for providing state of the art sleep support solutions, has appointed MPG India as its media AOR. MPG Delhi will handle this account worth upwards of INR 20 Crores ( around US$ 4 million). This new account is a win for MPG, the flagship agency of Havas Media, as Sleepwell’s media account was earlier being handled by GroupM’s Motivator.
According to Manoj Sharma, head of marketing Sleepwell, the company decided to appoint MPG because it found the agency’s approach very thorough and insightful. “We are happy to partner with MPG. Their strategic thinking is driven by MPG proprietary tools which provide a holistic communication perspective. Most importantly, their extremely passionate and enthusiastic team made us choose them as our media partners,” Sharma informed.
MPG is upbeat about this win, as the agency sees this new account as a new impetus to start the second quarter of 2012.
