NEX, a mall in North-East Singapore, has roped in social & mobile Agency, KRDS Singapore to handle its accounts on Facebook.
The content will focus on bringing awareness to the activities and offerings at NEX in the form of interactive digital content that includes videos, gif’s and livestreams. The objective will also be to drive more footfall to the mall and serve as a guide for users to know about all the latest activities and promotions that are currently happening at the mall.
Apart from creating innovative content, KRDS Singapore will also be involved in response management to interact with NEX fans on Facebook and aims build a lasting relationship with them.
