Over 250 entries compete for Socialathon India 2015

The time to award excellence in marketing on social media is here. Digital Market Asia is all set with the second edition of Socialathon India 2015. This year, over 250 entries are competing for the India leg of the awards, a sharp increase from the 75 entries that were entered from India in 2014.

Socialathon India 2015 has garnered entries from 35 agencies in a span of 45 days. The pre-screening process of Socialathon India 2015 kicks off on July 14, 2015.

The Socialathon shortlist will be announced on July 30 and exemplary works in the field of social media marketing will be awarded on August 7 in New Delhi. The awards will be preceded by three insightful sessions which will highlight the attributes of social media scenario in India.

Socialathon is foraying into its second edition with the tagline ‘Making the Connection Count’.

“Socialathon is a platform for pioneering minds in social media to come together and discuss the integration of brands and marketers with social media in India and how it can drive engagement in the market. Socialathon awards night will also be celebrating works that lay the benchmarks and future trends for social media marketing,” said Noor Fathima Warsia, Group Editor APAC, Digital Market Asia.
