BW Businessworld and Digital Market Asia are back with the second edition of India’s Top Digital Planners to recognise professionals in media planning. The forum celebrates the media planning and buying professionals who are the real heroes of successful new age marketing and work behind the scenes representing the best interests of their clients.
The jury for the awards will be chaired by Sanjeev Handa, VP and Head of Marketing, Maruti Suzuki who has over 23 years of experience in marketing, strategy, brand management, advertising, CRM and sales across varied industries.
Media professionals can nominate themselves or people from their company for the award. After a pre-screening process, entries will be submitted to a jury board chaired by Mr Handa for the final list of India’s Top Digital Planners. The event is slated to take place in Delhi, India on January 21, 2017.
In the first edition of the awards, 31 professionals were celebrated as ‘India’s Top Digital Planners’. Omnicom Media Group India lead the list, taking eight out of the top 31 positions – seeing its people from both OMD and PHD Media winning. Publicis Groupe’s ZenithOptimedia had five winners from its brands Resultrix and Performics. Interactive Avenues and Isobar followed with four winners each.
The event is presented by Dainik Bhaskar Digital and DGM India and supported by Advoice.
