Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed Takaki Hibino as CEO Dentsu Brand Agency and Dentsu Media Asia Pacific (excluding Japan), effective January 2016. Mr Hibino’s mandate will include driving growth in both creative and media agencies, and will re-locate to Singapore to take on the role. “I’m delighted that Hibino-san will join us next year to take Dentsu’s great strength in creativity and technology to the next level and drive Dentsu media’s growth in content and sports capabilities. “Takaki Hibino’s move indicates the network’s investment in growing the agency brands in Asia Pacific. Hibino-san will be able to create a clear proposition for both brands so clients can utilise the diverse marketing capabilities within the business. I look forward to seeing how Dentsu Brand Agency and Dentsu Media in APAC thrive under Hibino-san’s management,” added Mr Sano.
“I’m extremely honoured to join the Dentsu Aegis Network management team and to lead Dentsu Brand Agency and Dentsu media agency brands across this region where we are growing exponentially.
