To drive a deeper growth in the digital media market, TBWA Group in Malaysia has gone for a major management restructuring. The agency rejigged existing personnel and added creative talent to make its digital media works more attractive for its clients.
To begin with the company promoted Sa’ad Hussein to the position of chief creative officer of the TBWA Group in Malaysia, including TBWAKuala Lumpur and Creative JuiceKuala Lumpur. Further bolstering the creative team is VJ Anand, as creative director for Creative JuiceKuala Lumpur.
Talking about his new role – Anand joined on 1st July – Anand said, “Creative Juice is positioning the team to be young and hungry to meet the dynamic and challenging demands of the industry. It will also accelerate the efforts to drive digital marketing across all disciplines. Digital should is part of our DNA, and not just a department add-on.”
Supporting the teams creative work with strong marketing drive are Yee Hui Tsin, and Judy Wong. Hui Tsin will be leading the agency as general manager, and will work with Wong who has been promoted as the new business director to drive growth for the agency in the country. The two already have a working experience together since before joining the team at Creative Juice, both Yee and Wong built their foundations at Naga DDB. At Creative JuiceKuala Lumpur, they were business heads leading, managing and building a portfolio of clients including Nissan, RHB, P1, AXE, F&N, Nando’s and Gamuda.
