Virgin Active extends digital mandate with Lion & Lion

Virgin Active Singapore has decided to extend its partnership with integrated digital marketing agency Lion & Lion. The extension increases Lion & Lion’s responsibilities from handling Virgin Active’s social media channels and search to include full content marketing for social media, EDMs and blog articles.

For the past year, Lion & Lion has helped Virgin Active grow its business in Singapore through day-to-day support on the brand’s digital operations, supporting Virgin Active’s ongoing campaigns as well as being responsible for growing Virgin Active’s online presence through both search media.

Damien Posterino, Head of Sales & Marketing for Southeast Asia at Virgin Active states, “We’ve built a solid partnership with Lion & Lion in 2018 and saw an opportunity to extend the scope of work for our content marketing initiatives for 2019. The Lion & Lion team came up with ideas strategically built on insights for our brand that were detailedly presented in a fully integrated proposal tailored to fit our current objective of lead nurturing.”

Since Virgin Active launched in Singapore six years ago, Lion & Lion has supported Virgin Active as part of their ongoing club expansion, which now counts a total of 6 clubs. The brand expects to open an additional club with the digital help from Lion & Lion in 2019.
