VML Singapore has been named the social media agency of record for Singapore’s luxury mall and retail destination, ION Orchard, for a period of 12 months, starting July 2017. The agency will support ION Orchard across all aspects of its social strategy, including content planning and asset development, community management, reporting and analytics, as well as strategic campaigns and related events.
ION Orchard is best known for its award-winning design, commitment to the arts, and for having a tenant mix that includes international and local favorites. Bringing flagship, concept and lifestyle stores of the best brands under one roof, the eight-storey development totals 66,000 square meters of retail space.

With an aim to strengthen the brand’s identity through its social media channels to remain game changers in the industry, VML Singapore will develop strategies that increase top-of-mind awareness for ION Orchard among its target audience, and reaffirm its positioning as the destination of choice for both locals and tourists.
