WFA & AANA set the stage for Global Marketer Conference 2014

WFA logoThe World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) and the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) are gearing up for the 2014 Global Marketer Conference, which will be held in Sydney in Australia. The event, that will be held on March 26, 2014, will bring together the world’s top marketers to discuss common challenges facing brands in Australia, Asia and globally.

The focus of the event will be to educate and inspire marketers to find new ways to lead their brands to growth. Participating speakers will provide inspirational examples based on the success stories from some of the world’s most high-profile brands. Some of the names at the conference include Marc Mathieu, SVP Marketing, Unilever; James Thompson, Global Managing Director (and former APAC CMO), Diageo Reserve Brands and Sir John Hegarty, inspirational creative and founder of BBH.

The Global Marketer Conference is the showpiece event of the WFA’s Global Marketer Week, which includes members-only events as well as thought-leadership sessions from global experts open non-members. Confirmed events include a session hosted by Google and led by Contagious on the most engaging and innovative strategies over the past year in the digital space.
