Isobar Taiwan strengthens top exec posts

In order to further strengthen wwwins Isobar’s performance in mobile marketing practices, creatives, and technical innovation, the agency has made some strategic employee hiring, and promotions. To put more focus on mobile marketing practices in Taiwan, the agency created a new role of mobile practice leader. And the company has hired Polo Wu, who will take up his new post on 15th March 2012, to manage the mobile marketing practices. 

Wu will report to Freda Shao, Managing Director of the agency. He will work across a range of clients, leveraging wwwins Isobar Taiwan’s strength in mobile marketing, technical innovation and creativity. “We’re devoted to providing effective and creative digital marketing solutions that grow our clients’ business and enhance their digital development. Polo’s thinking, in terms of consumer insights and market demands, will lead the team to focus on innovative applications and digital marketing solutions for mobile platforms, including the integration of internet, social media, out-of-home digitalization and digital TV, “said Freda Shao, Managing Director of wwwins Isobar Taiwan. Previously deputy GM for IP at Starcom MediaVest Group, Polo offers solid experience in mobile application development, website construction and online marketing, as well as customer relationship management.

In fact this appointment is part of the agency’s strategy to strengthen the executive team at wwwins Isobar Taiwan. The company has pulled its ex-employee Jacky Hsu back as Technical Director of the Taiwan office. With over 15 years experience in both IT system development and client services, Jacky’s goal is to continually upgrade the agency’s technical abilities to assist clients in evaluating and mapping out their technical strategy and framework. Moreover Mag Chen has been promoted to Creative Director; a role in which she will continue to provide innovative ideas for clients, as well focusing on cultivating more young creative talents. Over the past eight years, Mag has led the Taiwan team to win a number of creative awards in Greater China for clients such as adidas, 7-ELEVEN, CHIMEI and CINGA.
