Omron Healthcare, a pioneer in providing clinically validated, innovative medical equipment for health monitoring has renewed its contract with Social & Mobile Agency, KRDS Singapore for a second time. KRDS Singapore was appointed by Omron Healthcare to manage its identity on Facebook in 2015.
Last year, Omron wanted to expand their user base and performance of its platform and roped in Social & Mobile Agency KRDS Singapore to also initiate and implement a growth hacking strategy on their content platform.
Growth hacking refers to data driven decisions and detailed analysis of metrics to achieve rapid growth and effectiveness in achieving business linked KPIs. KRDS Singapore has also been working on distributing the content via content syndication and search engine optimization for the brand.
The fan base on Omron Healthcare’s Facebook page in Malaysia has seen a 360% increase since 2015 and a 165% growth for the Omron Healthcare Singapore page since 2016.
